About the Role

The Project Manager role is based within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), supporting the Trust’s clinical workforce to achieve the highest standards of care. The Office encourages innovation, teamwork, and leadership development, playing a key role in delivering the Trust’s clinical strategy. The Project Manager will provide comprehensive project management across multiple projects and programmes, working closely with the Senior Delivery Manager to ensure effective delivery on time and within scope.
This role involves day-to-day delivery management, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. The projects managed will evolve over time as the portfolio changes. Experience
- Proven project management experience within healthcare.
- Evidence of managing successful projects and operational improvements, including development and monitoring of output and outcome measures.
- Experience managing design, development, implementation, and change management in a multi-professional environment.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the NHS environment, strategy, and policy agendas.

Qualifications
- Educated to master’s level or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner level or equivalent).
- Desirable: Understanding of lean methodology.
