About the Role

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Manager will lead the delivery of one or more complex, large-scale projects across the DSM application ecosystem. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring all project components—including project charters, integrated plans, and governance frameworks—are fully defined, documented, and aligned with organisational objectives. You will provide strong leadership to successfully deliver moderate to high-risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with programme goals and contributing to the overall success of the DSM portfolio.
The role encompasses end-to-end project lifecycle delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope. You will establish and maintain robust risk, issue, and dependency management processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, set stakeholder expectations, and provide clear, consistent communication. Key responsibilities include drafting and maintaining core artefacts, managing critical path activities, ensuring adherence to governance standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing project budgets and resources. You will also define and supervise success metrics, ensure delivery against business case commitments, and drive effective change adoption with measurable benefits realisation.

Experience
- Strong project delivery and planning experience in complex environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple levels of business and technology teams
- Solid understanding of governance, risk, and financial management
- Experience in global, multi-location environments preferred
- Background in large-scale transformation or portfolio programmes advantageous
- Experience in financial services or investment banking is a plus
- Exposure to both business and technology delivery and enterprise technology environments
