About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager, French speaker to join our ever-evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. Your objective is to ensure that each project is as successful and satisfying for the customer as possible, and revenue is generated as quickly as possible. You will be the central go-to resource for all internal colleagues and external customers, participating in customer meetings with the commercial team and communicating with key internal stakeholders. Managing several customer projects simultaneously, you will deliver activity right first time, every time. You will translate a scope of work into a detailed project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective. Additionally, you will support the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by acting as the voice of the customer.

Experience
Proven ability to accurately manage projects using clear and well-maintained project plans from inception through to live. Experience managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless start to the customers’ Worldpay relationship. Skilled in holding weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and working in partnership with customer Project Managers to agree joint actions, tasks, and timelines. Experience providing regular updates to commercial teams and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations. Ability to conduct retrospective assessments of projects at their conclusion and contribute to central risk registers and lessons learned logs.

About you
Fluent French speaker is essential. Strong communication skills in both French and English. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal colleagues and external customers. Proactive in identifying risks and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of other European languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German is a bonus.
