About the Role As a Project Officer in the Community Wealth Building Directorate at Newham, you’ll join a forward thinking and creative team aiming to transform and significantly improve the lives of local residents with a range of projects being delivered. The role is varied and has a wide range of activities that you will be involved in. You will be required to provide the technical and systems support necessary for the planning and delivery of Newham’s regeneration programme. About You Ideally degree-educated (or equivalent) or working towards a relevant professional qualification, with project or programme management and budget management experience. You will have some knowledge in coordinating/managing small projects and be familiar with project administration activity. You’ll be a good communicator and have experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. We’re also looking for someone who will be driven, with a desire to self-develop and improve themselves by continually learning about new skills.
