About the Role
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will own continuous improvement initiatives by conducting comprehensive reviews of customer identification documents, including beneficial ownership identification, source of wealth, and overall risk assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness of files. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement of CDD processes by supporting the implementation of new procedures.
You will design and execute control testing to evaluate whether systems, controls, and processes are functioning as intended, assessing the effectiveness of automated CDD workflows, decisioning, and outputs in line with regulatory and internal expectations. Identifying control gaps, weaknesses, or failures and clearly articulating associated risks will be a key part of your role.
Training and development are also central to this position. You will participate in designing and creating training materials to drive consistency, ensure effective system utilization, and promote a customer-centered approach across the CDD teams. Providing training and guidance on quality control standards, common issues, and best practices will be part of your responsibilities.
In addition, you will prepare detailed quality control reports and summaries for senior management and regulatory bodies, maintain accurate records of QC activities, findings, and resolutions, and assist in developing and maintaining QC-related documentation and training materials. Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential to support collaboration and alignment.
Join an inclusive and global team that wins together every day. Be part of an ever-evolving company offering dynamic opportunities beyond borders. If you think like a client, act like an owner, and win as one team, you sound like a Globalpayer. Apply now to take your career global.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality control or audit role with a strong focus on customer due diligence. Proven experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrable understanding of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to CDD.
