About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen meaningfully to each other and our customers. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, Moody’s is advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that understands complexity and responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

The Ratings and Research Support (RRS) Summer Internship is a 10-week full-time program designed to develop skills valuable for a future career in financial services. This internally facing role reports to a Team Manager and offers a comprehensive view of Moody’s business and culture. Interns engage in meaningful project work aligned with real business priorities, gaining confidence and practical experience.

Program elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series, and volunteer events. Participants receive guidance from Moody’s professionals, explore diverse career paths, and deepen their understanding of the company. Successful interns may be considered for a Ratings Associate position after graduation.

We encourage candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Applications are accepted from 29 October to 12 November, and early application is encouraged for full consideration.
