Location
Based at Bromley Civic Centre with travel to various locations within the London Borough of Bromley.

Hours
Casual contract covering shifts on an ad hoc basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays between 8am and 8pm.

Salary
BR5 - £13.69 to £14.52 per hour

About the Role
The London Borough of Bromley Reablement Service is seeking Reablement Bank Support Workers to join an established team. Working within a Reablement model of care, Support Workers encourage clients to regain confidence and daily living skills to maintain as much independence as possible. The role involves assisting service users to take greater control of their lives, helping to reduce the need for further intervention. Efficient and effective travel across the borough to support vulnerable people is essential. This position offers a flexible, casual working arrangement to meet service demands.

Experience
Experience in care work is desirable but not essential. Willingness to undertake the Care Certificate is required if not already qualified.

Committed to supporting vulnerable people to regain independence. Able to travel efficiently across the borough. Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude towards working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications
Level 2 NVQ in care work is desirable or willingness to undertake the Care Certificate.
