Hours
37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota between Monday to Sunday from 08:00 - 20:30. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service requirements.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team based in West Ealing. We support adults experiencing homelessness, isolation, mental health challenges, and addiction. Our service provides support and appropriate interventions to enable successful resettlements and deliver safer, integrated communities for our stakeholders. You will provide pathways, support, and interventions to enable successful resettlements and collaborate with internal and external partners and agencies to achieve desired outcomes.
We operate two multi-bed premises, Churchfield and Cherington, offering supported housing for individuals facing addiction and homelessness. Churchfield provides 24/7 temporary support for those in active addiction, while Cherington supports abstinent residents to reintegrate into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and participants at all times
- Engaging with residents to ensure adherence to their license conditions, including planning activities to connect them with others, communities, and opportunities
- Being a valued and reliable team member, completing handovers for night colleagues to ensure seamless service
- Building trusting professional relationships with residents to help them achieve their goals through tailored one-to-one sessions, group sessions, activities, and wellbeing check-ins
- Empowering residents to take control over their lives and meet their personal goals
Experience
Experience working with people from complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector, particularly around multiple and complex needs.

You show flexibility in working patterns to meet the needs of the service and residents. You can promote the service and provide outreach-based provision, liaising effectively with stakeholders.
