About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Recreation Assistant to help deliver a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for all users of our leisure centres. In this varied role, you will supervise customers, support activities across the centre, maintain high standards of cleanliness, carry out pool supervision duties, assist with setting up equipment and provide excellent customer service. You will also play an important role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, responding to enquiries and supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre.

Experience
Previous experience in a leisure or customer service environment is desirable but not essential. A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer care is required.

Qualifications
You must hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer care and operational excellence within a busy leisure environment.
