About the Role
Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK are seeking a Regional SSHE Manager to lead and drive the company’s commitment to safety, security, health, and environmental compliance. This role ensures adherence to all relevant Corporate HSE and UK legislative requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture across a designated cluster of hotels. You will provide technical support to Senior Management and assist UK Hotels in implementing, driving, and monitoring all Corporate safety requirements. Key responsibilities include leading SSHE engagement with hotel management and supervisors, delivering training, conducting audits, and providing feedback to promote continuous improvement. You will act as the primary point of contact for enforcement or external SHE authorities, including RIDDOR reporting, EHO and fire visits, and manage security events or issues to ensure personal and property security. Additionally, you will support the development and delivery of region-wide SHE training materials and maintain SHE management systems to achieve or preserve relevant certifications.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE management within the hospitality or related industry. Proven track record of successfully managing HSE programs and initiatives.

About you
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve HSE goals. Proactive, organized, and able to provide technical support and guidance effectively.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Diploma qualified – essential. Knowledge of ISO accreditations, audit processes, and requirements.
