About the Role
The Regulatory Readiness Obligation Management team works across regulatory domains such as Privacy, Integrity, and Security, partnering closely with Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product teams to understand and respond to key external pressures impacting Meta's businesses. As a Regulatory Readiness Program Manager, you will be central to ensuring Product teams identify how external pressures may impact current and future product plans. This role is ideal for those who want to work closely with product teams daily and gain insight into how regulatory, competitive, and legal matters relate to Meta's data practices and product offerings.

This highly visible role requires leadership, strong stakeholder management, technical expertise, and well-structured operations. You will navigate ambiguity by defining structure, clarifying priorities, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. You will work with company leadership, including executives, on some of Meta’s most critical priorities.

Key responsibilities include ensuring Product teams are aware of external pressures identified by Legal, Policy, and competitive analysis teams; leading gap analyses to identify differences between new regulations and existing product or strategic positions; identifying opportunities for alignment across regulatory domains; improving collaboration across groups responsible for long-term regulatory strategy; scaling team capacity through process optimization, right-sizing, and up-skilling; driving progress on priority work-streams; building decision-making frameworks and deliverables; and preparing communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including leadership.

Requirements

- 6+ years in strategy, management consulting, business operations, program management, regulatory operations, or related operational disciplines
- 3+ years working within a product environment partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, policy, and product teams
- 2+ years in a regulatory domain such as privacy, integrity, security or roles related to data protection, regulatory response, operational risk management, compliance, audit, control frameworks, privacy by design, or information security
- Proven project management, problem solving, time-management, and organizational skills with a history of delivering operational results
- Experience facilitating alignment and driving decisions across stakeholders with differing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
- Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience adhering to responsible and ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews
- Project Management or Program Management certification(s)
- Knowledge of domain-specific requirements (e.g., Privacy, Integrity, Security) preferably applicable to a global tech company and experience evaluating products or processes for compliance

About you
You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in ambiguous environments by creating structure and clarity. You have a passion for solving complex, cross-functional regulatory and product challenges. You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.

Qualifications
