You will own and grow strategic relationships with key merchants across Gaming, Trading and Crypto, driving long-term value, retention and revenue growth. Create new revenue opportunities by identifying and delivering upsell and cross-sell solutions aligned to client needs. Build strong networks across client organizations, influencing both operational and senior leaders to drive commercial outcomes. Align client business strategies with Global Payments solutions to maximize performance and long-term success. Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities within existing portfolios and expanding client engagement. Lead meaningful client interactions that strengthen trust, deliver insight and position Global Payments as a strategic partner. Identify trends across Gaming, Trading and Crypto markets to unlock new growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.

Experience
Experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager within payments or financial technology. Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, driving retention and revenue growth. Strong understanding of payment solutions and merchant needs in a global environment. Confidence engaging stakeholders across all levels, including senior leaders.

About You
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach. It’s a bonus if you have experience within Gaming, Trading or Crypto verticals. Exposure to global merchant portfolios across multiple regions. A track record of driving expansion within complex client environments.
