About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Rent Collection Team Leader to manage a team of six Income Collection Officers. This is a key role in the management of the overall income team. You will ensure that the rent collection and arrears recovery processes are delivered in an efficient, effective, and customer-focused manner, maximizing rental income for our clients and meeting KPIs as we strive to provide a best-in-class service. Our Homes division is a leading provider of housing management services across all tenures, serving a diverse client base that includes central and local government, development, and institutional investment sectors. We manage over 80,000 homes and have secured significant contracts, including a major Ministry of Defence contract for 49,000 military homes.

Experience
Excellent knowledge of rent recovery; ability to manage and motivate individuals and teams to deliver required service outcomes; experience of casework and decision making.

About you
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners; good understanding of the Welfare Reform Act and GDPR; excellent performance management and target setting ability.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in income collection and management is essential.
