About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a Repairs Coordinator to join the Homes Division within the Pinnacle Asset Acquisition & Management team (PAAM). In this role, you will support the Assistant Asset Lifecycle Manager in delivering the Asset Lifecycle Strategy covering void works, planned and statutory maintenance, capital replacement, and compliance. You will take ownership of reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across PAAM properties, ensuring all works meet contractual requirements, deliver value for money, and adhere to health and safety standards.
Our Homes Division provides trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented, and Leasehold properties, working with local authorities, registered providers, and investors to support thriving communities.
Key responsibilities include supporting asset management data collection during the Acquisition phase, ensuring contracted service levels are met and KPIs recorded, assisting with risk management and mitigation strategies, working closely with Finance for cost management, managing warranties and call back work, overseeing completion of planned and reactive works, leading the repairs function to ensure repairs meet KPIs and lifecycle strategy, ensuring value for money, compliance with health and safety legislation, and recovery of tenant-related repair costs.

Experience
Experience in a similar role with knowledge of repairs coordination is essential. Ideally from a customer service background within repairs coordination.
