Experience managing contractors and service partners to deliver consistent, high-quality operational outcomes. Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, operational risk and audit-ready records. Experience using CAFM, health and safety or property-management systems to manage maintenance activity and compliance information. Understanding of service charge budgeting, spend management, financial processes and cost control.
About you
Strong customer service and relationship-management skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, consultants and service partners. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond effectively to high-pressure situations and solve problems proactively. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to high operational standards. Sound professional judgement, integrity and a collaborative approach.
