Wigmore Hall has provided London with a unique venue for exceptional classical music performances for over 100 years. The role requires flexibility to work mainly evenings and some matinees, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise catering team including servers, chefs and support personnel
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance
- Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate delivery, setup and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies
- Oversee event flow including food service, beverage distribution and guest interactions
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
- Foster positive relationships with clients and guests, handling inquiries and special dietary requirements professionally
- Solicit feedback to continuously improve catering services

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role is required
Proven ability to supervise, train and support a team
