Pay consists of a house salary plus an average of tronc, with excess tronc distributed based on a points system.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in hospitality management with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.

About you
You believe great hospitality starts with great leadership and lead from the front setting high standards. You are warm, confident, calm under pressure, and know how to motivate and develop your team. You take ownership, find solutions proactively, and maintain attention to detail. You understand both the commercial and guest experience sides of hospitality. You communicate clearly, honestly and respectfully, are a supportive team player, and have a passion for hospitality with a desire to keep learning and progressing.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and credible, positive references from former employers.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant hospitality management experience and leadership skills are essential.
