In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee production of dishes, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development and recipe innovation. Teamwork and communication are essential as you support colleagues and maintain high quality and presentation standards.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
