About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards across hotels nationwide, ensuring guest satisfaction through consistently high-quality room presentation. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins, restock amenities, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean mirrors, and sanitize surfaces thoroughly. You will also maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, promptly report maintenance issues, follow supervisor instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure guest room security and privacy. Providing professional and respectful service to guests and responding promptly to their requests is essential to this role.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
