About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. Key responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, following safety protocols, ensuring guest privacy and security, and providing professional and respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
