About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. This role involves changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety protocols. You will provide professional and respectful service to guests, responding promptly to their requests while ensuring the security and privacy of guest rooms.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
