About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to uphold impeccable cleanliness standards and enhance guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. You will work in a fast-paced environment delivering the highest levels of room cleanliness and guest service. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following safety protocols, ensuring guest room security and privacy, and providing professional and respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
