About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment. Duties include changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety protocols. You will also ensure guest room security and privacy while providing professional and respectful service to guests, responding promptly to their requests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
