About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. This role includes changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. You will follow supervisor instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and provide professional, respectful service to guests while ensuring their privacy and security.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
