About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance
- Sanitize surfaces thoroughly to maintain hygiene
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond promptly to their requests

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
