About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards across hotels nationwide, ensuring guest satisfaction through consistently high-quality room presentation. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will clean and tidy guest rooms, change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins, restock amenities, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean mirrors, sanitize surfaces, and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies. You will also promptly report maintenance issues, follow supervisor instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure guest room security and privacy while providing professional and respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
