About the Role
As a Linen Porter, you will be a vital part of the team, working in a dynamic hotel environment to manage linen efficiently. Your responsibilities include coordinating linen stock throughout the hotel, fulfilling orders, distributing linens, and responding promptly to guest requests. You will uphold high standards of cleanliness and service to enhance guest satisfaction. You will also ensure proper storage and maintenance of linen-related equipment while adhering to health and safety policies. Collaboration with coworkers and following instructions from supervisors will be key to maintaining a positive and productive working environment.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with linen management tasks such as sorting, folding, and distribution is advantageous.
