About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, supports more than 200 hotels nationwide. Our Room Attendants play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety protocols. You will provide professional and respectful service to guests, ensuring their privacy and security at all times.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
