About the Role
As a Public Area Cleaner at HotelCare, you will play a vital role in maintaining impeccably clean public spaces to enhance guests' overall experience. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for cleaning corridors, lifts, lobbies, offices, reception areas, stairs, ironing rooms, changing rooms, and meeting rooms. Your duties will include performing cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard while adhering to company health and safety protocols, including COSHH guidelines. You will also report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly, maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, and collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals. Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring public areas are clean and presentable for guests and visitors is essential.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cleaning or public area cleaning positions.
