About the Role
As a Public Area Cleaner with HotelCare, you will play a vital role in maintaining impeccably clean public spaces to enhance guests' overall experience. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for cleaning designated areas such as corridors, lifts, lobbies, offices, reception areas, stairs, ironing rooms, changing rooms, and meeting rooms. Your duties will include performing cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols including COSHH guidelines, reporting maintenance issues or hazards promptly, maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies, and collaborating with team members to achieve cleanliness goals. Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring public areas are clean and presentable for guests and visitors is essential to this role.

Requirements

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cleaning or public area cleaning positions.
