About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. We support over 200 hotels nationwide, cleaning more than 10,000 rooms daily across apartments, leisure facilities, public areas, and corporate offices. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest privacy and security. You will follow supervisor instructions and adhere to all safety protocols while providing professional and respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
