About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. This fast-paced role involves cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and reporting maintenance issues. You will work closely with coworkers, guests, and your line manager to deliver professional and respectful service while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring guest privacy and security. Full on-site training is provided, along with opportunities for career progression and apprenticeships.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar hospitality role, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
