About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, changing bed linens, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest privacy and security. You will work closely with coworkers and your line manager, following safety protocols and supervisor instructions to deliver professional and respectful service.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
