About the Role
Our team at So Resi are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to join us on an 18-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for delivering sales reservations across multiple sites in the region or from a single large-scale site. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales, with strong knowledge or experience in Shared Ownership, including eligibility and requirements for Shared Ownership.

You will work closely with the Sales Progression and Marketing teams as well as other departments and relevant stakeholders. Key responsibilities include operating onsite from the Sales Office, Show Home, or Head Office; managing Sales and Marketing suites and show homes to ensure high levels of presentation and brand promotion; contacting all sales enquiries within 48 hours; arranging and conducting viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations; monitoring void properties weekly to ensure security; and ensuring all properties are reserved in accordance with MTVH’s policies including eligibility, affordability, and compliance.

This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to use initiative, and a strong background in administration. You will routinely work weekends to meet customer requirements and sales targets.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales
- Proven track record in new homes sales
- Clear understanding of Shared Ownership and affordability processes
- Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems

About you
- Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the Shared Ownership purchase process
- Own transport with full driving license and willingness to use for work purposes
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
