About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests and other stakeholders, providing friendly and professional service. You will be responsible for entering accurate booking information into Opera promptly and maintaining a selling attitude to maximise room sales and hotel revenues. Key responsibilities include handling all incoming and outgoing invoices ensuring correct billing within budget restraints, managing telephone and email enquiries with initial sales suggestions, distributing documentation timely to relevant personnel, and controlling all sales correspondence such as Letters of Agreement, Proposals, RFPs, Contract control forms, and statistics. You will also compile sales figures and reports to support the sales team.
