About the Role
Springwell School is seeking 3 Midday Supervisors (SMSA) to supervise children during the lunchtime period while they are eating and playing. The role involves ensuring children's safety and wellbeing, initiating and joining in games, and fostering a friendly, patient, and caring environment. You will work as part of a team and need to communicate clearly and effectively to support the children throughout the lunch break.

Experience
No specific experience required, but previous work with children is advantageous.
