About the Role
The Secure Clean Operative plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and security on aircraft at Heathrow Airport. Working efficiently as part of a team and under the direction of Team Leaders, you will clean and restock aircraft to meet customer expectations, conduct thorough security checks, and consistently demonstrate the core values of our client.
Your responsibilities will include vacuuming carpets, wiping down equipment and surfaces, removing rubbish and ensuring proper disposal, restocking aircraft consumables, and performing security checks to identify and report suspicious packages in line with Covert Testing Procedures. You will be expected to work to deadlines, collaborate effectively within a team environment, and maintain familiarity with all operational areas and aircraft.
Additional duties include cleaning seats, seatback pockets, tray tables, replacing soiled magazines, folding and storing blankets and pillows, and exceeding Prime Flight customer service and safety standards. You will also be required to handle hazardous materials safely, wear the correct uniform and safety equipment, and maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct towards co-workers, clients, and others within the airport environment.
Full training will be provided to ensure you meet all company expectations, rules, and procedures.
Experience
No specific experience required; however, the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly to a busy operational environment is essential.

Qualifications
- All applicants must have only one reference in the last year (employment or education)
- Indefinite right to work in the UK and minimum 3 years residency
- Must be able to undertake a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) and Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Provide a 5-year checkable referencing history
- Full UK Driving License (Cat B, Cat C1, Cat D1) is desirable but not essential
