You demonstrate confidence handling sensitive or challenging conversations calmly and respectfully. You have strong organisational and time-management skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships.
You have knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Camden’s SEND policy, Local Offer, and educational provision, along with an understanding of educational settings and a commitment to developing knowledge across the 0–25 age range.
