These roles are pivotal in ensuring that we deliver an exceptional service, strengthening our relationships with families, schools, and communities.
As part of the SEND & Inclusion Service you will deliver high outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will oversee complex cases, collaborate with partners, and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people. Key responsibilities include engaging with families, schools, and providers, ensuring compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice. You will also act as a key liaison for challenging cases, providing reports to senior leadership to shape service delivery, policies, and processes.
The role requires a proactive approach to improving service quality through data use, feedback, and reflective practices. You will work directly with educational settings and relevant professionals, ensuring children and young people receive the appropriate support to meet their holistic needs. This position also involves mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative, person-centered approach to decision-making.
