Experience
1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting or operational roles. Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems using a structured analytical approach. Strong Excel-based analysis skills and experience creating clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations. Experience owning a project or workstream with multiple stakeholders and competing inputs.
