About the Role
Join LCH Ltd Operations, a multi-disciplinary international team providing essential clearing services across multiple asset classes. Reporting to the Director of Operations Resilience & Business Management, this role offers hands-on support for the first-line non-financial risk (NFR) and operational resilience framework, alongside contributing to core business management activities. You will work closely with Operations teams to translate frameworks, expectations and data into practical outputs, supporting governance, planning and performance reporting. This role combines operational risk exposure with business management, helping develop capability across risk, resilience and business processes.
Key Responsibilities – Non-Financial Risk & Operational Resilience
- Maintain and enhance operational risk and control documentation across Operations teams.
- Assist with control assessments, identify improvement opportunities and support remediation activities.
- Monitor incidents, key risk indicators (KRIs), issues and actions, providing challenge and follow-up to support timely resolution.
- Support lessons learned reviews and contribute to sustainable risk and resilience improvements.
- Prepare and analyse management information and insights for governance forums and collaborator reporting.
- Promote awareness and consistent application of non-financial risk and operational resilience standards across Operations.
Key Responsibilities – Operations Business Management
- Assist with budgeting and headcount reporting.
- Produce and analyse management information, dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and drive consistency across reporting and governance.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials and management updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Support preparation of materials for senior stakeholder meetings.

Experience
Experience in an operational, risk or control environment. Exposure to risk, governance or business management activities is essential.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience. Relevant professional qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
