About the Role
As part of LSEG Enterprise AI, you will support the strategy, roadmap and delivery of foundational platform capabilities that enable secure, scalable and governed AI expansion across LSEG's product portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career product manager to develop their skills across a broad range of platform and enablement areas, supporting teams to build AI-powered products on a common enterprise platform. You will work closely with stakeholders including product managers and engineering teams to define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform. Your responsibilities will include owning product direction for platform capability areas such as platform services, developer tooling, agent capabilities, governance and enablement. You will participate in hands-on frontier AI product prototyping, collaborate with Engineering to deliver secure and reliable platform capabilities, maintain platform standards and documentation, and support adoption of common AI infrastructure and tooling. Additionally, you will work with Security, Architecture, Governance and Risk teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and Responsible AI standards. Engaging with product teams across LSEG, you will gather requirements, document use cases, support roadmap prioritisation, define and track success metrics, coordinate with industry partners and cloud providers, and contribute to the overall Enterprise AI strategy. Experience
Early career experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Engineering or related fields including internships and graduate schemes. Experience or coursework involving software platforms, APIs or cloud-native services is a plus. Exposure to financial data, analytics systems or enterprise-scale data workflows is preferred. Prior experience working in or alongside technology teams in a large organisation is advantageous.

About you
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment. Interest or understanding of AI platforms, large language model ecosystems, APIs and enterprise software is desirable.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
