We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager/Partner to join our ever-evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Enterprise Finance Partner Team at Worldpay, within a high profile role partnering both the North America commercial team and the wider new business/sales organization, to support the overall achievement of financial goals and growth expectations. This role acts as the translator between Finance and the business, effectively communicating through all layers of management while delivering actionable insight and challenge to all stakeholders involved. You will play a pivotal role on the commercial leadership team, ensuring finance is involved in all relevant decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Finance Partner to North America region ($1.1BN Revenue) and wider sales organization across the Enterprise business
- Ownership of the commercial finance forecast and analytics for the North America business and sales organization
- Influence key business decisions and outcomes, providing critique and challenge on Market Expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of tier one accounts
- Leverage financial expertise to support and influence key regional decisions
- Lead strategic and financial planning processes including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Budget, and Forecasts, with ownership of the monthly new business forecast process
- Provide meaningful executive-level analysis of business performance with insightful supporting commentary
- Develop and monitor KPIs and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Commercially analyze current portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth
- Conduct investment analysis and appraisals to support growth expectations
- Continuously consider opportunities for optimization
- Become a trusted partner to the business
- Lead and develop a team of 2-3 finance partners/analysts

Experience
Qualified Accountant with 7+ years experience in a Commercial Finance function. Proven experience leading a small team with ambition to grow into leading a larger team or function. Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate the financial impact of business decisions. Experience within Payments or Fintech industry is preferable.

Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
