You will oversee the creation of engaging content that reflects the breadth and ambition of the Barbican's arts programme, using audience insight and performance data to inform decision-making and maximise impact.

This key leadership role involves managing and developing the Social Media & Content team, championing best practices across digital marketing, and ensuring content remains creative, relevant, and effective. You will collaborate across the organisation to identify new digital engagement opportunities, support audience growth, and position the Barbican as a leader in digital marketing within the arts and cultural sector.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience in digital content and social media marketing, excellent strategic and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of how audience insight can shape content, engagement, and organisational success.
