About the Role
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team at Worldpay. The team of 12 is responsible for forecasting and analyzing the Enterprise divisions’ $2.5B OI P&L. Key focuses include forecast accuracy, understanding performance and trends, and driving value-add analysis. You will work closely with the Finance Partner team to help steer the business towards achieving its financial targets.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will own and deliver end-to-end financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities for commercial regions. You will develop and maintain regional and consolidation financial models, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and efficiency. Your role includes producing timely, reliable, and insightful financial reporting and analysis to support business objectives, supporting Enterprise-wide analysis, processes, and reporting, and playing a key role in the annual budget and planning process.

You will conduct month-end close and variance analysis, understanding drivers of performance, and liaise with Accounting to resolve month-end queries promptly. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as regional Finance Partners, Accounting, and the wider finance team is essential to increase the effectiveness and influence of your role. You will challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement, lead the international regions consolidation, and mentor junior team members.
