About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen meaningfully to each other and our customers. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, Moody’s is advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that understands complexity and responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor during the sales cycle, establishing credibility and confidence in Moody’s solutions supporting Tax Authorities, Customs Agencies, and Ministries of Finance. You will support discovery, qualification, and solution design by aligning Moody’s data, analytics, and AI capabilities with tax administration, customs compliance, and revenue authority use cases. You will demonstrate how Moody’s solutions can strengthen tax investigations, audit selection, transfer pricing reviews, customs valuation assessments, fiscal risk management, and compliance programmes.

You will elevate workshops, RFPs, and Proof of Concept engagements by applying industry best practices and real-world expertise in tax administration and enforcement. Partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will shape and execute effective go-to-market strategies, thought leadership initiatives, and market outreach activities.

Leading strategic discussions with tax authorities, customs agencies, ministries of finance, and other public-sector stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor on compliance and revenue optimisation challenges. You will guide customers on applying Moody’s solutions to identify compliance risks, investigate related-party relationships, detect irregularities, and improve revenue collection outcomes.

Additionally, you will actively gather and translate market, regulatory, and customer feedback to inform future product capabilities, innovation priorities, and solution development. You will provide internal enablement and training on tax authority workflows, investigative use cases, compliance trends, and public-sector buying considerations while supporting industry events and stakeholder engagement activities.

The Industry Practice team at Moody’s Analytics is composed of seasoned subject matter experts from industry, consulting, regulatory, and public-sector backgrounds. The team plays a critical role in bridging market needs with Moody’s data and analytics solutions, shaping strategy through thought leadership, client engagement, and market insight, and working closely with sales and product partners to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions across Europe, Africa, and globally.

Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic by law.
