You will be expected to deliver a number of projects or sub-projects working closely with the Digital Lead. Typical tasks include managing aspects of digital solution delivery and operation on client-facing projects to enable the project/programme team to work efficiently and access the data they need. You will keep documentation up to date and assist with regular reporting for the Digital Lead. You will utilise an appropriate body of knowledge (e.g. the Mace Way) project delivery methodology, standards, and templates. Gathering requirements from project colleagues and business users and understanding client needs will be key. You will help the Digital Lead develop strategies, plans, and data and system architecture, project manage key elements of software and solution life cycles, and work collaboratively as part of a development and support team.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the IPMO and client with developing support strategies, liaising with partner IT functions and other stakeholder IT functions, client and supply chain partners, engaging seamlessly with other teams within the client project ecosystem, understanding and setting up governance models, and continuously developing your business and technical knowledge and networks. You will also manage supplier relationships, budget control, and cost tracking for digital elements, and contribute to the Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge, process, and case studies.
Experience
5+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience is expected. Experience implementing strategy and delivery of digital systems, technologies, and services for client projects and programmes to enable and support project delivery teams. Proven ability to manage multiple sub-project areas and tasks assigned by the project/programme. Experience as a Project Manager on major construction projects or programmes. Experience with PMO software or construction software. Strategic thinking and planning related to technology. Experience in software selection, implementation, technology supplier management, and software procurement. Knowledge of system and enterprise architecture, handover to IT Operations, project budgeting, cost management, business analysis, and technology/software used in real estate and construction project management. Strong stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of information security, data protection, and risk assessment.

Qualifications
Relevant IT Project Management capabilities and qualifications are required.
