This role is ideal for designers who lead through judgement, influence, and care for outcomes alongside craft excellence, delivering world-class experiences for all.

- Demonstrated leadership of end-to-end design of complex digital products and services across multiple workstreams
- Strong track record championing accessibility, quality, and best practices, balancing high standards with pragmatic delivery
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and work within brand and design systems
- Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching designers collaboratively to enhance impact and future-proof strategy
