About the Role
Join London Stock Exchange Group as a Senior Finance Business Partner reporting directly to the LCH Group CFO. You will support the Equities, Fixed Income, and Collateral & Liquidity Business Lines within the Markets Division, a globally relevant and highly regulated business providing systemically critical services. This role demands a dedicated and experienced finance business partner to work closely with the CFO, leadership team, and Heads of Business.

As a self-starter, you will take end-to-end ownership of all financial aspects including month-end close, budgeting, full-year forecasts, strategic support, key projects, and commercial negotiations. You will enable senior management to achieve targeted financial results by providing robust business and commercial support, demonstrating strong customer focus, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.

You will understand key business levers and link them to financial data for proactive decision support, delivering results within budget and tracking performance through monthly and full-year forward-looking forecasts and analysis. You will highlight risks, opportunities, and optimization levers, develop financial cases to support international business growth and change initiatives, and prepare Board Packs.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating the budget cycle for LCH Ltd, annual stress testing, reverse stress testing, and wind-down assessments. You will work closely with Procurement and Vendor Management on contract negotiations and challenge assumptions with a strong commercial focus.

Be part of a dynamic global team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. LSEG offers a collaborative culture, sustainability commitment, and a comprehensive benefits package to support your career growth and wellbeing.
