About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. As Senior Manager - Information Management, you will manage the Information Management discipline across projects and programmes, developing strategies, standards, and ISO 19650-compliant processes to enable assured digital delivery. You will own IM outcomes, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership, providing project or programme-level IM leadership proportionate to scale and complexity.
Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering IM strategies, standards (including ISO 19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes; establishing and managing the project/programme IM function; training and coaching colleagues in IM practices; managing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts; leading a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver excellence; contributing technical and functional expertise to the global digital centre of excellence; coordinating the setup and development of the common data environment (CDE); and working collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition by proactively managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Experience
- Information Management leadership across multiple projects and programmes
- Expertise in information architecture, naming, numbering, filing, and ISO 19650 standards
- Experience leading IM and document control functions on large projects and programmes
- Setting up document control and IM functions
- Familiarity with ACC essential standards setting
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, and CDE management

Qualifications
